STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made on this day of 09 July 2026
BETWEEN:
DIGITAL VICOBA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (hereinafter referred to as 'The Group')
AND:
[Member Name]
(hereinafter referred to as 'The Member')
WHEREAS the Member wishes to join the Digital VICOBA Management System and the Group agrees to accept the Member subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
NOW THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1. SAVINGS COMMITMENT
The Member agrees to contribute a minimum of TZS 10,000 per month as savings.
Contributions must be made by the 15th of each month.
2. LOAN FACILITIES
The Member may apply for loans subject to the Group's lending policies.
All loans must be repaid within the agreed period.
3. MEETING ATTENDANCE
The Member agrees to attend all scheduled meetings regularly and punctually.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Member agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding group matters.
5. DISCIPLINE
The Member agrees to abide by all group rules and regulations.
6. TERMINATION
The Group reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of rules.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
