Savings Commitment

Every member must contribute a minimum of TZS 10,000 per month as savings. Contributions must be made by the 15th of each month.

Attendance & Punctuality

Members are required to attend all scheduled meetings. Late arrival (after 15 minutes) will attract a fine of TZS 2,000.

Loan Repayment

All loans must be repaid within the agreed period. Late repayment attracts a penalty of 5% of the installment amount.

Respect & Confidentiality

Members must respect each other and maintain confidentiality regarding group matters and financial status of other members.

Disciplinary Actions

Failure to comply with group rules may result in disciplinary actions including fines, suspension, or expulsion from the group.

Financial Transparency

All financial transactions must be properly documented. Members have the right to request financial reports at any time.
